Tara Court Condominiums is a multi-building residential complex in the heart of Downtown Wilmington, NC. After years of wear from coastal weather, the HOA board decided it was time for a full condominium roof replacement in Wilmington NC along with new siding across every building in the complex.
A job this size needs a multi-unit roofing contractor who can keep the work organised. We coordinated closely with the HOA management team and the residents, and set up a phased schedule that moved building by building. That kept the disruption low and the site clean and safe for everyone living there.
Each building got a full tear-off, a decking check and repairs where needed, new synthetic underlayment, and GAF architectural shingles. We replaced all the flashing at penetrations, valleys, and transitions. The siding replacement covered taking off damaged panels, fixing the housewrap, and fitting fresh, color-matched siding.
The project ran three weeks from start to finish. Every phase finished on schedule, and the final walkthrough with the HOA board confirmed they were happy across all buildings. This is one of the largest condominium roofing and siding projects we have completed in the Wilmington, NC area.
